Junaidy is the Managing Partner at JM & Co. He is a licensed auditor approved by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with First Class Honours from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). With over 25 years of experience, Junaidy has served and provided a diverse range of audit, accountancy and business advisory services to large international, government-linked, local clients, listed and private companies across various industries such as engineering, oil & gas, construction and property development, food and beverages, logistics, plantation, trading, manufacturing, general government services and more. Junaidy commenced his career in London, United Kingdom, specialising in audit and assurance services. He later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers leading numerous audit and assurance engagements for both public listed and private companies. Subsequently, he moved to various organisations including MMC Corporation Berhad, Khazanah Nasional, CCM Berhad and many others, and held various Audit and Finance senior leadership roles. His last role was an Executive Director for Audit services for an international mid-tier firm based in Kuala Lumpur. Junaidy also sits on the ICAEW’s Ethics Standards Committee based in London, United Kingdom.
Mior Mohd Hasif Zahawir

Mior brings to the table a wealth of expertise as a seasoned finance professional. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Master in Business Administration (MBA) specialising in investment and applied finance from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Mior is a Chartered Accountant with Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). With comprehensive skill sets ranging from accounting, statutory audit, due diligence, company and share valuation, initial public offerings (IPOs), issuance of Islamic bonds (SUKUK), financial policy and procedures development, and business zakat, Mior has experienced diverse clientele ranges from small-scale enterprises to listed companies as well as public sector. Notably, he has undertaken a significant internal audit exercise focusing on finance for a prestigious and prominent publishing entity in the Middle East listed on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange. He has also held senior leadership positions, including Vice President at Jamal, Amin & Partners, and as Group Accountant and Chief Financial Officer at listed companies.
Nurul Hidayah Darus

Hidayah is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2010. She started her career at Kamal Zahari & Co in 2010 as an Audit Assistant, and steadily advanced to the positions of Audit Senior and Audit Manager. Over her long tenure in audit, she is experienced in conducting audits across a wide array of sectors including government sectors, manufacturing, trading, construction, plantation, information technology, transportation, publishing, cooperatives, associations and statutory bodies. In order to expand further her expertise, she has also conducted audits on Goods and Services Tax for Malaysian companies, showcasing her adaptability in regulatory compliance. Currently as an Audit Manager, she remains dedicated to ensuring auditing excellence for companies of all sizes, overseeing audit files and managing quality standards of the firm.
Nik Amran Abd Rahman

Nik Amran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He began his professional journey as an Audit Associate and later progressed as a Senior Audit Associate at Jamal, Amin & Partners whereby he gained valuable experience in audit and accounting practices. He has also delved into entrepreneurial venture which he has successfully managed businesses demonstrating his proficiency in finance and business management. Throughout his career, he skillfully handled accounting, inventory, treasury, client management and other finance related matters. With a diverse background encompassing both public accounting and entrepreneurship, Nik Amran brings a robust perspective and wealth of experience to financial management and accounting. He is committed to providing exceptional service to ensure clients achieve their business goals.
Norafiza Ab. Rahim

Norafiza is a seasoned tax professional with over two decades of experience in taxation and accounting services. She graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universiti Teknologi Mara and started her career as a tax assistant at a tax practice. She is renowned for meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive grasp of taxation regulations, she swiftly ascended in her career, culminating in her role as tax senior and then as tax manager at Jamal, Amin & Partner. Norafiza has amassed extensive experience across diverse taxation realms, encompassing income tax, corporation tax, GST and withholding tax. She caters to a broad spectrum of clientele ranging from small enterprises to listed companies where she consistently delivers precise and reliable services on tax matters.
Mujibur Rahman Yacob

Mujibur is an experienced finance professional. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (Hons) from the University Utara Malaysia and complemented by professional certifications from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK), CPA (Australia), Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Mujibur’s extensive skill set spans corporate finance, treasury management, financial governance, budgeting, strategic planning and many other related fields. Throughout his career, and currently as the Head of Corporate Finance, Mujibur has excelled in assurance and advisory services, taxation, treasury management, fund raising, corporate finance, strategy and business planning. His achievements include mergers & acquisition evaluation, due diligence and regulatory compliance work.
